At The Haute Oasis, we carefully curate each piece to ensure quality and style. Please review our refund policy before completing your purchase.


Returns


We accept returns only on eligible items that meet the following conditions:

    •    Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

    •    Original tags and labels must be attached

    •    Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

    •    Return must be approved prior to being sent back


Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

    •    Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items

    •    Items with tags or labels removed

    •    Sale or discounted items

    •    Thrift / pre-loved items

    •    Swimwear, intimates, and bodysuits

    •    Accessories, including jewelry, bags, and eyewear


Restocking Fee


All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

This fee covers inspection, processing, and inventory handling costs and is non-refundable.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

    •    Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment

    •    Refunds are processed minus the 20% restocking fee

    •    Original shipping charges are non-refundable


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
