Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

    •    The Haute Oasis is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

    •    If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

    •    For added protection, customers are encouraged to select shipping options that include insurance when available.


Damaged Packages

    •    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and items so we can assist you.


Split Shipments

    •    Orders containing multiple items may ship separately. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Damaged Deliveries


If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and item(s). We will gladly assist in resolving the issue.


Multiple Shipments
